Evitras Technologies provides digital design and development services including web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, branding, digital marketing, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement entered into between Evitras and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Evitras Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a project, intellectual property rights for client-specific deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in the relevant project agreement.

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

We expect clients to extend the same courtesy to our proprietary methods, pricing, and internal processes.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, milestones, and refund policies are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally, deposits paid to commence work are non-refundable. Evitras reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payment obligations are not met within the agreed timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evitras Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
